sauce ingredients
1 cup low salt soy sauce
6 cups hot water
¼ cup vinegar
2 cups sugar(or splenda)
mix together in pan and bring to boil turn to low heat
I buy popcorn chicken already breaded you can cut chicken and bread yourself
fry chicken in sesame oil til crispy add sauce and bring back to a boil add ½ cup cornstarch and ½ cup water mix well and add to the pot sauce will thicken cover with sesame seeds and serve over rice (I prefer jasmine but you can use whatever you like) Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!
