| * cut tofu into cubes about the size of a match box (or however you want it, you’re gonna eat it anyway)
* mince garlic, chop onions & ginger (guys, this isn’t a food blog so please bear with my terms. I know I’m not even too descriptive but I assume you can follow my instructions)
* fry the beancurd (tofu) until golden brown then set aside
* saute onion, garlic and ginger, wait til the garlic is cooked then add the black beans (about 2 tablespoons will do for one meal coz its a lil bit salty). Stir.
* add about a cup of water and 2-3 tablespoons of oyster sauce. Stir. Wait til it boiled then turn off the heat
* add the tofu to your sauce then mix. Ready to serve
TIP: you can do this with fish fillets instead of tofu and add chayote (sayote) for variety | |
