/msg chanserv voice #40s_chat nickname<~~will voice you
/msg chanserv devoice #40s_chat nickname<~~will devoice y
/msg chanserv halfop #40s_chat nickname<~~half op's you
/msg chanserv dehalfop #40s_chat nickname<~~Takes half op status
change nickname to who ever your booting or if your modding up use your name
