go here and follow the directions to remove flash http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html#main_Download_the_Adobe_Flash_Player_uninstaller then restart your system then go to http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html and choose a previous version of flash try a june date or earlier download and install it on the install make sure to click never update Hope this helps you out and if it does please comment
